The Adult Secondary Education (ASE) Program is a competency-based adult high school program that provides an opportunity for students to earn a high school diploma, prepare for the California High School Equivalency Certificate, and enhance academic skills needed for vocational training.
The program provides opportunities for:
Adult students to complete the graduation requirements to earn a high school diploma
Concurrently enrolled high school students make up deficient high school credits
At-risk youth study in a special setting to complete course requirements for a high school diploma
